About the Role:
Sitecore is seeking a dynamic Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales to lead our New Business Enterprise Account Executive team in the West region. This role is critical to driving Sitecore’s growth by expanding our presence in the market, executing strategic go-to-market initiatives, and shaping innovative engagement strategies that help our customers succeed in their digital transformation. The RVP will report directly to the AVP of New Business within the Americas Sales organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on new business acquisition.
- Actively participate in client and prospect meetings; leverage corporate resources to support complex deals.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent to build a high-performing team.
- Provide ongoing coaching to drive sales excellence, win strategies, and large deal execution.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management; deliver transparent reporting to senior leadership.
- Monitor and track team performance against activity and revenue goals.
- Partner closely with marketing and demand generation teams to drive pipeline creation.
- Lead strategic campaigns that increase customer awareness, engagement, and market penetration.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Resolve escalations effectively and ensure a strong customer experience.
What You Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of proven sales leadership experience in SaaS; Martech experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading Account Executives and consistently achieving or exceeding team quotas.
- Strong executive presence, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Track record of coaching teams to close complex, high-value deals.
- Consultative selling expertise and experience leveraging proven sales methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and influence across teams.
- Competitive drive with a passion for winning and delivering results.
- Trusted advisor to customers, partners, and internal colleagues, with strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
